Refund policy

I gladly accept returns for the original painting:

I am committed to ensuring my client's satisfaction! That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, I'll give you Two (2)days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

  1. Contact me within 2 days of delivery
  2. Use the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you’veΒ alreadyΒ disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.
  3. Ship items back within: One Week of delivery

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the followingΒ final sale items:

  • Customed Framed
  • promotional/ sale price

Β I don't accept the return of the Art on Fabric products Unless:

  • They arrive damaged or defective

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
